Wanna try cronuts? - now try the CRUFFIN. I GOT BACKED IN SAN FRANCISCO

The cruffin  basically a muffin made with croissant dough and it has been in a league of its own ever since it was created in the SF bakery Mr. Holmes Bakehouse. Lines formed for a taste. Burglars broke laws to steal the recipe. This thing is all-around known to be awesome. I guess it is worth a trip to San Francisco for a taste. (https://www.yahoo.com/news/)

Thank you for making me beautiful

ORIFLAME COSMETICS SWEDEN

Save it for a Rainy Day

It has been raining a lot lately. Here is some of the raincoat I like.

Before You Buy a Raincoat

• Decide whether you're looking to go dressy or casual. There are some fashion elements that are functional as well. Double-breasted styling, full linings, front or back yokes (flaps of extra fabric that hang from the shoulders and help shed rain), and button-covering flaps all help keep the rain out. For heavy downpours, look for features such as covered zippers, cinch-able hoods, sleeve belts (which tighten the coat's wrists for a custom fit), and finished seams. Many of these are more typical in casual styles.

• To make sure a raincoat's fabric is water repellent, carry a small bottle of water and pour a little bit onto a corner. If the water beads up and sheds away, the coat can withstand rain showers. (On average, a raincoat should take about five minutes or less to dry.)

• Think about length when trying on coats: Short options are cute and may be fine for errands when you're getting in and out of the car a lot, but extra length provides additional protection against rain and wind.

• Check the care label — you may be surprised to learn that even the higher-fashion styles are machine-washable. (GoodHouseKeeping.com)

Just because someone is friendly doesn't mean they're flirting

It seems that niceness on a grand scale has become so uncommon here that we almost expect people to be rude, or, if we’re lucky, ignore us entirely.

Does how you look influence the types of people you attract?

Does how you dress influence the types of people you attract?

New experiment recommended by Gim and Pim. I will have to dress like this look for a week or two, and see what kind of people are drawn to me. Mission starts tomorrow. Can't wait to see the result..

COLD WATER REMEDIES!!!! :) - with Leana and Marie!!!!

Highest I can jump today

Morning came and the weather... I did't wanna talk about it.  Summer weather this year 's so terrible. No reason to whine about so we decided to go swimming.

A minute I touched the water brrrr....... I couldn't swim . These brave girls just jumped into the water right away.  Respect!!!!!  Temperature was about 12 degrees. Ain't bad :).

I hope that you are all enjoying your summer!

Make love to the camera girls!!!!!
Leana, she's the flexible one.

New Trend..

Enjoy summer everyone!!!!!

Some tips for  open water swimming (http://www.outdoorswimmingsociety.com/)

0-11 DEGREES: Freezing

Jumping in likely to impair breathing in the uninitiated, as breath comes in big jolting grasps and it feels like someone has clamped on an ice neck brace. Water has bite, skin smarts and burns. This is winter swimming. Limbs soon become weak - 25 metres can be an achievement - and only takes a minute or two at the lower end of temperatures before skin becomes a lurid purple-orange-red when you exit.

That said, the joy of swimming without a wetsuit at this end of the temperature spectrum is the cold water high: the pure exhileration and rush of endorphins that you get from getting in. Winter swimmers frequently become addicted to it, and it is sufficiently powerful that a 1-2 minute swim can leave you feeling good all day.

12-16 DEGREES: FRESH

At this temperature triathlons start operating. In a wetsuit you may find you can swim comfortably for a while; if you're not wearing a wetsuit the water is fresh, doable for the brave, and not a problem for hardened open water lovers.

17-20 DEGREES: SUMMER SWIMMING

Lakes and more mature rivers reach this temperature over summer, during hot spells. Still fresh on entry, but comfortable picnic lazy-hazy summer swimming.

21 DEGREES PLUS: WARM

You'd think that'd be a good thing, but on the rare occassions that river pools and shallow lakes reach these temperatures during hot spells, there is the odd sense that there's something missing.... the exhilerated feeling when you get out, that cold water 'tang'. On the plus side, some of you will be able to spend hours swimming without a wetsuit.

30 DEGREES: POOL TEMPERATURE
