จากแฟชั่นสู่กอล์ฟ—เส้นทางที่ไม่เคยคาดคิด! (Exploring New Ventures: My Journey into Golf and Real Estate in Spain)

สำหรับใครที่สนใจอยากมาเรียนกอล์ฟ หรือเล่นกอล์ฟที่สเปน หรือถ้าไม่ได้เล่นแต่กำลังมองหาบ้านหรืออพาร์ตเมนต์ให้เช่าที่นี่ก็มีตัวเลือกดี ๆ หลายแบบเลยนะคะ สนใจติดต่อมาได้เลยค่ะ! ⛳🏡☀️

ปีที่แล้วแอนได้มีโอกาสมาทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับสนามกอล์ฟและอสังหา ตอนแรกก็รู้สึกกลัวเหมือนกันว่าจะทำได้ไหม เพราะมันเป็นสิ่งใหม่มากสำหรับเรา แต่ตอนนี้เริ่มเข้าที่เข้าทางแล้ว

จริง ๆ แล้ว ป๊าเคยอยากให้แอนทำงานเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาตลอด แต่แอนไม่เคยคิดเลยว่าตัวเองจะมีกำลังทรัพย์ ความมุ่งมั่นและพลังใจที่จะทำมันได้จริง ๆ จนมาถึงวันนี้ที่ได้ลงมือทำเอง

การเริ่มต้นธุรกิจของตัวเองจากศูนย์นั้นมันยากเสมอ โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเราต้องทำทุกอย่างเอง แต่นี่คือสิ่งที่แอนกำลังพยายามทำ และเรียนรู้ทุกวัน แม้ว่าจะมีอุปสรรคและความท้าทายมากมาย แต่ทุกขั้นตอนทำให้เราแข็งแกร่งและเติบโตขึ้น

การทำธุรกิจที่นี่ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องกอล์ฟและอสังหาริมทรัพย์ แต่ยังต้องเรียนภาษาสเปนด้วย เพราะที่นี่คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยพูดภาษาอังกฤษ นอกจากภาษาแล้ว ยังต้องเรียนรู้วิธีทำธุรกิจกับคนสเปน กฎหมาย ข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ ซึ่งค่อนข้างซับซ้อน แตกต่างจากสวีเดนโดยสื้นเชิง แต่ก็เป็นความท้าทายที่ทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ตลอดเวลา

วันนี้พอมีเวลาว่างนิดหน่อย เลยถือโอกาสจอง  Green Card lesson กับคริสตอร์ เทรนเนอร์ของบริษัทเราเอง ยิ่งได้เรียน ยิ่งรู้สึกสนุกและท้าทายไปอีกแบบ ทำให้แอนชอบเล่นกอล์ฟ ซึ่งแอนมักจะคิดว่ากอล์ฟไม่ใช่กีฬาที่แอนจะชอบเลย

แต่ไม่ว่าจะทำอะไร ยังไง แอนก็ยังรักเสื้อผ้าและแฟชั่นอยู่ดี! ถ้ามีโอกาสที่เหมาะสม ก็คงจะกลับไปทำเสื้อผ้าเต็มตัวอีกครั้ง ตอนนี้ขอทำเป็นงานเสริมไปก่อน

Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to dive into the golf and real estate business. Honestly, I was a little nervous at first—wondering if I could actually make it work because it was such a new venture for me. But now, things are starting to come together, and I’m feeling more confident.

Running a business here isn’t just about golf and real estate—it’s also about learning Spanish, since most people don’t speak English. Beyond the language barrier, I’ve had to learn how to navigate the Spanish way of doing business, including understanding the laws and regulations, which are pretty complex and very different from what I was used to in Sweden. But honestly, it's the kind of challenge that keeps me on my toes and constantly learning new things.

Today, I had a bit of free time, so I decided to book a Green Card lesson with Cristofer, our trainer. The more I learn, the more fun and challenging it becomes. I'm starting to really enjoy golf, which is funny because I never thought it was a sport I’d love. 

But no matter what, my passion for fashion is still alive and kicking! If the right opportunity comes along, I’d love to get back into fashion full-time. For now, though, Fashion is a fun side project with  that I’m keeping close to my heart.
