  Tog en kort springtur efter jobbet idag och försökte på lite yogaposer. Mitt första försök med "The Bridge". Not so bad, eller hur? Another warm sunny day in Stockholm and I went out for a short run after work. Trying a yogapose today. My first attempt on"The Bridge"was not so bad, was it? วันนี้อากาศดีจังเลย ต้องไปวิ่งหลังเลิกงานซักหน่ อยละ หลังจากวิ่งเสร็จก็เลยลองโยคะท่ าสะพานสักหน่อย ครั้งแรกก็ดูโออยู่นะ  อายุขึ้นเลขสามละ ต้องยืดเส้นยืดสายซะหน่อย เดี่ยวเส้นจะยึดซะก่อน Hugs/Annie
