วันนี้แอนออกไปเดินเล่น แค่คิดว่าจะไปสูดอากาศสดชื่นและเพลิดเพลินกับความเงียบสงบของชนบทแถวนี้ ไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมาก แค่ไปตากแดด ความเงียบ และเสียงนกบ้างนิดหน่อย แต่สุดท้ายกลับได้เจอกับสิ่งที่พิเศษกว่านั้นเยอะเลย

ระหว่างที่เดินไปตามทางดิน จู่ ๆ ก็เห็นผู้ชายคนหนึ่งอยู่ไกล ๆ ถือไม้เท้าในมือ น้องหมา 3 ตัวและมีแพะเดินตามเป็นฝูง ใช่เลย…แอนเจอกับ “คนเลี้ยงแกะตัวจริง” เข้าซะแล้ว! แอนยิ้มกับตัวเองแล้วก็คิดว่า “โอ้โห แบบนี้ไม่เคยเจอมาก่อนเลย”

ถึงแม้ว่าภาษาสเปนแอนจะพูดได้น้อยมาก แอนก็โบกมือทักทายแล้วพูดว่า “Hola” และที่น่าประหลาดใจก็คือ เขายิ้มตอบกลับมาและเริ่มชวนคุย แอนคิดว่าเขาน่าจะพูดถึงฝูงแพะของเขาหรือไม่ก็เรื่องที่ดินแถวนี้ แต่พูดตามตรงคือฟังออกแค่นิดหน่อยเอง แอนก็แค่พยักหน้า ยิ้ม แล้วก็ปล่อยให้บทสนทนานั้นไหลไปตามธรรมชาติ เพราะบางครั้ง การสื่อสารก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องเข้าใจทุกคำเสมอไป 5555

และแล้วก็ถึงไฮไลต์ของวัน…เขาให้แอนลอง “รีดนมแพะ!” 🐐✨
เขาสอนแอนทีละขั้นตอนเลย ตอนแรกแอนก็คิดว่า “ง่ายน่า!” แต่ที่ไหนได้ มันยากกว่าที่คิดเยอะ! ลองอยู่หลายที มือก็เก้ ๆ กัง ๆ (แพะน่าจะรำคาญเราเหมือนกัน 😅) แต่สุดท้ายแอนก็ทำได้สำเร็จ! ขำตัวเองไปตลอดเลย มันเป็นช่วงเวลาน่ารัก ๆ ที่ไม่คาดคิดว่าจะได้เจอ

สิ่งที่แอนชอบที่สุดในวันนี้ไม่ใช่แค่ลองรีดนมแพะ แต่มันคือการได้อยู่ในที่ที่ไม่มีนักท่องเที่ยวแน่นขนัด ไม่มีร้านคาเฟ่หรู ๆ ไม่มีเสียงดังจอแจ มีแค่ธรรมชาติรอบตัว น้องหมา แพะ กับชายใจดีที่ยินดีให้คนแปลกหน้าจากอีกฟากโลกได้เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวันธรรมดา ๆ ของเขา

พูดตรง ๆ เลยนะ ถ้าแอนมาเที่ยวแบบมีไกด์หรือทัวร์ที่ตารางแน่นเป๊ะ แอนคงไม่มีทางได้เจออะไรแบบนี้แน่นอน แอนรู้สึกดีใจมากที่ได้อยู่ในที่หนึ่งนานพอที่จะได้สัมผัสกับมันจริง ๆ ไม่ใช่แค่ผ่าน ๆ แบบนักท่องเที่ยวทั่วไป

บางครั้ง…ประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดก็มักจะมาในวันที่เราไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรเลยจริง ๆ 💛

Today I went out for a walk, just to get some fresh air and enjoy the quiet countryside around here. I wasn’t expecting much—just some sun, some silence, and maybe a few birds. But what I got was way better.

While wandering down a small dirt path, I suddenly saw a man in the distance with a staff in hand and a bunch of goats around him. Yep, I had just stumbled upon a real shepherd. I smiled to myself and thought, “Well, this is new.”

Even though I can barely speak Spanish, I waved and said, “Hola.” And to my surprise, he smiled and started talking to me. I think he was telling me something about his goats—or maybe the land—but honestly, I only caught a few words here and there. Still, I just nodded, smiled, and let the moment happen. Sometimes, understanding isn’t always about language.

Then came the best part: he let me milk a goat! 🐐✨
He actually taught me how to do it, step by step. At first, I thought, “Easy!” But oh no—it’s way harder than it looks! My first few tries were awkward (and probably annoying for the goat), but eventually, with a bit of help, I managed. And I couldn’t stop laughing. It was such a random, wholesome moment.

What I loved most about today wasn’t just the goats or the milk—it was being in a place that isn’t crowded with tourists. It felt real, raw, and peaceful. No fancy cafés, no lines, no noise. Just me, the land, the goats, and a kind shepherd who let a stranger from another world share a piece of his day.

And honestly, this is something that would never happen if I was traveling with a tour guide or on a tight, scheduled trip. I’m so happy that I get the chance to truly experience a place, stay longer, and connect with it in a way that goes beyond being just another tourist. It’s moments like this that make all the difference.

If you're in Huelva and craving some Asian food, you definitely need to check out Master Noodles at Centro Comercial Holea. It’s a fun spot that combines Japanese and Chinese flavors in a way that’s tailored to Spanish tastes. So, it’s not exactly the same as what you’d have back home, but trust me, the flavors are still really good. I had the chance to try it out today, and here’s what I thought!

What really stood out was the place itself. The interior is super cozy and modern, with a relaxed vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. You can also watch the chefs working their magic in the open kitchen, which is always cool. The staff were really friendly and made me feel right at home, too.

You’ll find Master Noodles on the upper floor of Centro Comercial Holea, so it’s easy to get to. It’s open daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, which is perfect if you’re in the mood for some late-night noodles. If you're taking public transport, there’s a bus stop just a short walk away.

ถ้าเพื่อน มาเที่ยวเมือง Huelva และกำลังอยากทานอาหารเอเชีย ต้องลองไปที่ Master Noodles ที่Centro Comercial Holea รสชาติของอาหารญี่ปุ่นและจีนเข้าด้วยกันแบบที่ปรับให้เข้ากับรสนิยมของชาวสเปน ซึ่งมันไม่เหมือนกับรสชาติที่ทานบ้านเราเท่าไหร่ แต่รับรองว่ารสชาติยังดีอยู่ วันนี้แอนมีโอกาสได้ลองทานที่นี่ 

สิ่งที่ทำให้ที่นี่โดดเด่นคือบรรยากาศของร้านเอง ภายในร้านมีการตกแต่งที่อบอุ่นและทันสมัย พร้อมกับบรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลาย ทำให้เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีในการนั่งชิลๆ นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถดูเชฟทำอาหารในครัวเปได้  พนักงานที่นี่ก็เป็นกันเองและทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านเลย

Om du är i Huelva och sugen på asiatisk mat, måste du definitivt kolla in Master Noodles på Centro Comercial Holea. Det är en riktigt trevlig plats som blandar japanska och kinesiska smaker på ett sätt som är anpassat efter spanska smaklökar. Så det är inte riktigt samma som du skulle få hemma, men tro mig, smakerna är fortfarande riktigt bra. Jag hade chansen att prova det idag, och här är vad jag tyckte!

Vad som verkligen stack ut var själva stället. Inredningen är supermysig och modern, med en avslappnad atmosfär som gör det till ett perfekt ställe att hänga på. Du kan också se kockarna arbeta i det öppna köket, vilket alltid är häftigt. Personalen var verkligen vänlig och fick mig att känna mig som hemma också.

Du hittar Master Noodles på övervåningen i Centro Comercial Holea, så det är lätt att hitta dit. De har öppet varje dag från 12:00 till 00:00, vilket är perfekt om du är sugen på sent kvällsmål. Om du åker kollektivt, finns det en busshållplats bara en kort promenad bort.
