Finally I will be able to enjoy my long sleep again after the burning!

Smile Even At Your Worst :)

Minor fire broke out a couple months ago at my building and  destroyed all the top floor which was once storage room for all tenants who live in the building.  Luckily I only lost all my winter gear nothing important really. Phew!!!!

Since they started repairing everyday 7:30 AM, I could not be able to sleep long in the morning at all. The workers just finished the construction of the storage area last week. Finally I will be able to enjoy my long sleep in the morning without any disturbing noises again  hehe :).

Toppen!!!!

I am probably the laziest person when it comes to training and exercising. It's hard to convince myself to go running however I did managed it today.  The weather was perfect for running neither hot nor cold. I hope I can add running on my routine soon. I feel so at ease and things are clear after the run. Good job for me Anita!

This is what STOCKHOM looks like during summer..

I decided to walk to work today. While I was passing Gamla Stan, the street was so rather empty. It felts like a beautiful ghost town hehe. This is what Stockholm looks like during July while most Swedes have their summer vacation. Most people in Stockholm city especially around Gamla Stan are mostly tourists. I really enjoyed my walk today. Quiet and calm!!!

How Many Times Do You Wear Clothes Before Washing? (āļ„āļ§āļĢāļŠāļ§āļĄāđƒāļŠ่āđ€āļŠื้āļāļœ้āļēāļี่āļ„āļĢั้āļ‡āļ่āļāļ™āļ‹ัāļ)

There are downsides to both extremes  laundering your clothes more than you need, it can shorten their lifespan and wear them out quickly. On the other hand washing them too rarely can be unhygienic and cause a lot of icky bacteria growth.

General guide to follow:

Noted: This guide does not apply to the days when excessive sweating or accidental spills happen, and to those who have different hygiene preferences.

Bras: After three to four wears.
Underwear: After every wear.
Socks and stockings: After every wear.
Leggings: One to two wears.
Sportswear and swimwear: After every wear.
Jackets and blazers: Five to six wears.
Coats: Once every two months of wear.
Tops: One to two wears.
Dresses: One to two wears.
Pants, skirts, and shorts: Three to four wears.
Jeans: Five to six wears. Note: there are some brands that advocate washing as little as possible.
PJs: Three to four wears.
